Qanveris™ currently charges a flat shipping fee of US$5.99 per order unless a different shipping arrangement is clearly displayed during checkout.

Yes, where tracking is available. After your order has been dispatched, available tracking information will normally be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Tracking systems may require approximately 1–3 business days after shipment confirmation before the first movement appears.

Please include your order number and clearly explain the requested change. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun. A cancellation is not completed until confirmed by Qanveris™ customer support.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Returned products must meet the eligibility conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. For preference-based returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description, we will provide an appropriate Replacement / Refund / Return Solution at no additional cost to the customer where the issue resulted from the product, fulfillment, or shipping process.
Once an approved return has been received → inspected → approved, Qanveris™ generally issues the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
